Representatives of Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian Economic Commission have met in Belarus.

Representatives of Member States of the Eurasian Economic Union and the Eurasian Economic Commission met at the venue of the Center for Identification Systems on March 23, 2016, to discuss the readiness of the Belarusian national system of labeling goods with control (identification) marks containing RFID-tags.

Representatives of the Eurasian Economic Commission, Federal Tax Service of Russia, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Ministry for Investment and Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the National Chamber of Entrepreneurs of Kazakhstan "Atameken", State Customs Service under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic, Ministry for Taxes and Levies of the Republic of Belarus, Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Belarus, the National Academy of Sciences of Belarus, as well as representatives of several large companies participated in the meeting.

The Center for Identification Systems presented its system of labeling goods with control (identification) marks containing RFID-tags (https://kiz.epass.by) at the working meeting. The system developed by the Center successfully operates in the Republic of Belarus today. 

Representatives of the Belarusian official authorities provided a survey of legal and regulatory framework of Belarus, regulating labeling of goods with control (identification) marks containing RFID-tags and the participants of the meeting discussed technical and organizational issues of production and sales of control (identification) marks containing RFID-tagged.
